Do You Fringe? Then Fringe With Summerfest!

KC Fringe Logo 2016

What are Kansas City’s two best-known cultural activities during July?  Let’s see now….the Kansas City Fringe Festival and Summerfest! So why not get them together?

That is exactly what Summerfest is doing this summer with its debut performances with the Kansas City Fringe Festival. That’s right, in 2016 you can Fringe with Summerfest.

The two Fringe Festival performances by Summerfest are both on Friday evening, July 22 at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, 13th and Holmes downtown. The two performances are at 6:30 and 8:30 and are called Animal Antics. They feature light-hearted chamber music numbers depicting animals and animal sounds, and should be great funds for adults and children alike. Tickets are available only through the Fringe Festival. And each performance will be followed by a reception featuring…now, what kind of cookies would you think?!

So come Fringe with us, and bring your Fringe friends!
